How long will it take to receive my order?

If you place an order within Spain, it will arrive within 24-48 hours after being delivered to the transport company.

Is it safe to pay with a Credit Card?

Payment is made through a secure server (SSL) with an encrypted key. Through this security system, your credit card data is sent directly to the corresponding banking authority through a secure and encrypted connection. No one has access to your credit card information. Under no circumstances, neither during payment nor afterwards.

Does Savior have a "Money Back Guarantee"?

At Savior we are sure of the quality of all the products we sell but we offer you a period of 15 business days to return the product with which you are not satisfied.

Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

If you are picking up your order in store, shipping is free.

If delivery is home, shipping costs are

-Shipping in Spain: Aragon €1 (VAT included), Peninsula: €3.95 (VAT included), Balearic Islands: €10 (VAT included), Portugal €6 (VAT included)

-Free shipping over €50 in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

Check in

I can't register to purchase. What should I do?

If you are having problems registering on saviorsf19.com, it may be due to several reasons:

-You were previously registered with the same password or email. In that case, it is best that you request a new password from us at savior.sf19@gmail.com.

The required data (marked with *) is not completed or the format of the data you are entering is not correct. -The privacy statement is not accepted. Along with personal, product and address data, you must accept the privacy statement to register and continue with the purchasing process.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes of course. You can place your order without registering, but if you register and create an account you will be able to access your order history and have more precise information about the status of your order.

Pay

I cannot make the purchase with a card. What I can do?

One of the most common reasons is that the card is not activated in your bank to pay online or that the CES security protocol is not activated. In this case, it is best to contact your bank to activate it or find out if the problem may be due to other reasons.

How do I know that my order has been registered correctly?

When you finish placing your order, you will have a confirmation on the screen, indicating an order number and you will receive an email confirming that the order is correct. If you do not receive said confirmation email, please notify us immediately at savior.sf19@gmail.com . If you have placed the order as a registered user, you also have the possibility of accessing “My account” and seeing if your order is registered, as well as its status.

Cancel order

How can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us as soon as possible to our email savior.sf19@gmail.com , indicating the order number and the reason for said cancellation . We will proceed to cancel it and refund the amount as long as the order has not been picked up by the transport company. If it has been paid by card, it will be refunded directly to the card and if it has been paid through PayPal, the corresponding amount will be refunded directly to your PayPal account.

How to return an erroneous shipment?

If you have received a wrong package, you must contact us at savior.sf19@gmail.com and provide us with as much information as possible about what happened. Below we will tell you the best way to proceed.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices have VAT included in the price.

Bill

Can I make the invoice in the name of a company?

Indeed, at Savior we give you the opportunity to obtain the invoice in the name of a company or self-employed person, enabling the appropriate fields for each case. Regardless of the billing address, you can send the order to the address you want. The billing and shipping address do not need to match. Of course, keep in mind to write it down prior to your shipment, since once the invoice is received, we will not make any changes to it.

Is a purchase invoice received?

Yes, in the order confirmation email.

Can I enter a delivery address different from the one on the invoice?

Yes, you can add another address other than the billing address to ship your order. In the purchasing process, after filling in the information for the invoice, you can enter another address for shipping.

Transport company

What company is in charge of delivering the packages?

To ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, we work with the transport companies that we trust the most and that best guarantee that you will receive your order within the stipulated time.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?

Unfortunately, and despite having looked under the rocks for a solution, we are currently unable to make shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla due to issues beyond our control. The current legislation regarding customs, tariffs and added taxes make this impossible. In any case, we continue trying to find a solution that allows us to reach these areas as soon as possible.
