Return Policy

If you don't like what you bought, it doesn't fit or it just wasn't what you expected, you have 15 days to return it from the date you receive it.

You can do it in two ways:

At our physical store (in Zaragoza), presenting the proof of purchase that will arrive with the order:

You can send it through the transport company of your choice, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product when they do not return it directly to our store.

As soon as we receive it, we will pay you the amount of the product using the same payment method with which you purchased it. Please note that the shipping cost amount is never refunded.

Below we explain how to return a product. You will not be able to exchange the product for another in the same process, so if you want to exchange it, return the one you do not like and place a new order once we have refunded the amount.

Remember that the products must be unused and in the same conditions as they were delivered.

Returns of erroneous or defective products

We don't usually make mistakes, but if we haven't slept well or our neurons are crossed, it may happen that we send you something that you hadn't ordered. In that case, don't worry, we will refund your money or replace the wrong item with the one you had actually ordered at no cost to you.

In the event that you consider that the product is defective, we will proceed in the same way. If the item actually has any defect or defect, as long as it is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, we will refund your money or replace the item as soon as possible, always within 30 days from the date on which the one that we confirm that the change actually proceeds due to a defect or defect.

How to return an incorrect or defective product?

1. Send an email to savior.sf19@gmail.com indicating the order number and the items to be returned. We will then respond to you telling you how to proceed.

2. Prepare the package. Place the item in its original box. Include the invoice and mark the items to be returned with an X.

3. Have the package ready because as soon as you send us the email, an agent from the transport company will contact you to pick it up at your home.

4. As soon as we receive the returned item, you will receive the return amount in the same payment method used in your purchase. Please note that it may take a couple of days for it to appear on your credit card or PayPal account

You will not have to pay any amount for return shipping, we will cover the cost.
