WHAT IS THE STORE PICKUP PROCESS?
You will be able to pick up your order from 2 business days (48 hours) following the order to pick up your order in the store and you have 15 days to pick it up. It is necessary to present the order code (the reference) and the ID of the person who is going to pick it up.

-Order preparation: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday
-Delivery of orders: If you place an order within Spain, it will arrive within 24-48 hours after being delivered to the transport company.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Portugal will take between 4 and 6 business days to arrive.

-Shipping in Spain: Peninsula: 3.95 euros (VAT included) and Balearic Islands: 6.95 euros (VAT included)
-Free shipping over €50 in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
-Shipping to other countries: you will be able to find out the shipping costs once you select the destination country when placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If your order is for SPAIN PENINSULA, it will arrive in 24 hours depending on the time you placed the order, if you place your order before 12:00 p.m. it will leave that same day.
If your order is for the CANARY ISLANDS or BALEARIC ISLANDS, it will arrive in approximately 72 hours.
